Processing Time
Every keyboard fidget is 3D printed and hand-assembled to order in our Georgia workshop. Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $20. Orders under $20 ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping, depending on your location.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to most countries. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Delivery times vary by destination but typically range from 7–21 business days. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package's progress. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@thirddimensionprints.shop.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears stuck in transit or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, reach out to us at support@thirddimensionprints.shop and we will do our best to locate your order or arrange a solution.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Third Dimension Prints is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us right away and we will do our best to make the correction before the order ships.
