Every fidget is handmade to order just for you, so we take quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged or defective, reach out to us at support@thirddimensionprints.shop within 7 days and we'll make it right — no hassle.

Because each keyboard fidget is custom-built to your exact color and switch selections, all sales are final once production begins. That said, if something goes wrong on our end, we've got you covered.

We 3D print and hand-assemble every order in our Georgia workshop, then ship within 1–2 business days. Once it's on its way, you'll get a tracking email. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days total.

Every keyboard fidget is 3D printed and hand-assembled right here in Georgia, USA. The mechanical switches we use are sourced from trusted suppliers known for producing authentic, high-quality keyboard components.

Shipping is free on all U.S. orders over $20. For orders under $20, a flat shipping rate applies at checkout. International shipping is available — rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
