At Third Dimension Prints, every keyboard fidget is handmade to order in our Georgia workshop. We take quality seriously, and your satisfaction matters to us.

Our 30-Day Guarantee

If you're not happy with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right. You can choose between a full refund to your original payment method or a free replacement — whichever you prefer.

How to Request a Return or Refund

Email us at support@thirddimensionprints.shop with your order number and a brief description of the issue. If your item arrived damaged or defective, please include a photo so we can get things sorted as quickly as possible. We typically respond within 24 hours.

Custom Orders

Because each fidget is built to your exact color and switch specifications, we are unable to accept returns due to a change of mind on customized orders. However, if your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or defective, you are fully covered under our 30-day guarantee regardless.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved, we'll provide instructions on how to send your item back. Return shipping costs are covered by Third Dimension Prints for defective or incorrect orders. For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
